Cassoulet and a bottle of ’09 Debiase Pinot Noir from Fritschen Vineyard and then an ’07 Peju Cabernet Franc to finish it all off.
I’ll share my cassoulet recipe soon and recap the wines and the awesome cheese, salami, prosciutto that our friends Laura and Keith brought over to enjoy and share while we put the kiddos to bed.
